Happy and Sad...
So different yet so much the same...
Sad tears don’t seem to stop flowing...
Happy tears, just don’t seem to last long enough...
Life is strange at times, yet so rewarding

Busy, Busy, Busy
This week is going to be crazy. PSR, Parent Teacher Conferences, Middle School end of year trip, assisting in fundraiser and then it is Friday. Next week, not much better. PSR and PTA. It doesn't seem to stop.

Slacking Again.
Wow, what can I say accept Slacker.
Well, We have a new President of the United States. I am really eager to see what changes. Hopefully there are some positive changes. I am tired of hearing the comments about color. To me, he could be purple as long as there are some positive changes. I hope I am teaching my children that.
Not much going on. School has started for the boys and it seems that so far they all are enjoying school. Football is over and the banquet is Friday. I cannot wait until that is over. Football ended up being a very costly season. I still need to get the coaches gifts. The JV squad won the championship but the varsity did not. It was a good season. Jason did not make the basketball team for the school, but he will be playing rec ball as will Ian and Eric. Shannon is doing good. Working and just being a typical 22 year old.
Work is scaring me lately. It seems that there may be some BIG changes coming up within the next several weeks/months. I just hope I don't lose my job. I truly don't know what i would do. I actually wake up out of a sound sleep at times just worrying about it. I need to deal with stress better.
My health has also been strange lately. I am still dealing with the Excema Beast and about 10 days ago experienced a terrible (at least for me) bout of vertigo. It was the first time I have ever had anything like that and all I can say is "Wow was that scary". I actually had to have Tim stay home from work because it was that bad, I couldn't stay home alone. Thank God it was almost gone after about a week. I still wait for another episode.
I am going to work on getting some pictures updated soon!
Til Then.....

And this guy, what can I say, not my favorite either...but aint he sweet......with a bit of an attitude though....but I'll keep him.
Here is my non-favorite 11 year old. Not my favorite either....nope you can't convince me of it either....but I think he is the cutest as well...and recently had 10 inches of hair cut off of that mop and donated it to Locks of Love.
Here is my non-favorite youngest child. He is not my favorite....no he is not.....
but I love him so and think he is the cutest.

It's Done!
It's done. All gone. Shaved. Well the back at least
I love it! I left work yesterday and stopped at Staples for a Science Board for Ian. Before I went home, I stopped at Great Clips, walked in with m picture in hand. The hairstylist asked if how much I wanted off and I said SHORT, she said how short and I said way short and handed her the picture. The rest is history.
I think, Tim even likes it. The boys are not too sure. Eric asked why I got my haircut like a boy! Maybe if I am daring I will take a picture, doubtful in that I absolutely loathe pictures of myself.
Oh, and I also even got on the eliptical for 10 minutes yesterday. My goal today is 11-12 minutes. I am so out of shape.
until then.

I am getting my haircut....now if I can just get up enough courage
Yep, I am getting my haircut. Short...Very Short...Very.Very.Short. I am tired of my hair, it is long (for me), it is yucky, it is annoying. I know, childish but I really need a haircut and it is bothering me. I found a cut, now I just have to get the courage up to get it cut... and the time
til then,
k

Congrats! Mike and Ann

I want to wish my best to Ann and Mike. They were married last night and had one of the most comfortable settings that I have ever experienced. I wish you a long and prosperous marriage. xoxo

Forever
We are so accustomed to believing in forever, we forget to celebrate the now moments. “Borrowing from tomorrow." Yesterday we celebrated the now along with grieving for the lost tomorrows. Life is fickle, you just can't trust it.

Boring
Just me Kerry is boring. I need to really work on getting a new name. Unfortunately, lately that is all I feel BORING! Not that I want excitement in my life, because most times excitement brings DRAMA and I don't deal well with DRAMA.
Please, I like (well not really), getting up every moning, going to work (mostly), coming home (wish it were more on time) and spending time just with my family. It sucks that dinner, laundry (not that I do it), homework, etc. gets in the way, and a messy house gets in the way.

I'm learning...slow, but learning
That is to use my camera. Last night, after discovering that I could not work at home because I left my drive at work (duh), I sat down with the laptop and a cd to learn about the camera that we bought for my 40th birthday. BTW I turned 41 this year.......
This could be dangerous and addicting...I am learning it is more of an art..
My kids are my victims.....

Yep, it's May and I am once again back
I haven't been here in a long time. It's May, May 10th in fact. What have you been up to? Me, it doesn't seem like aything. Just life in general. Birthdays, lots of Birthdays. In fact, 8 of them. Today was Angela and Neil's wedding. I still feel a twinge for Miss little thang. She is so cute and needs so much, and unfortunately will not get what she really needs. Sad. Easter came and went, nothing spectacular. PTA is coming to an end. Tough year. Hopefully next year will be less drama. Hopefully. Ryan is finishing up with school. He is talking about maybe moving to a warmer climate. I hope it is beach climate. I will visit often. I am still looking forward to Christas. I am excited. Not sure when I should start "planning". I still have to find the perfect place. Quiet, hot tub, and fireplace. Put my husband and kids in the mix it will be a perfect Christmas.
Boy this was all over the place. I hesitate to publish it, but its me. Next post will have picures. I hope to get out soon with the kids and take some pictures. Til next time.

Where Have You Been?
Wow,
I guess I am not really holding to one of my New Years Resolutions of Blogging more. I really need to work on that.
I believe the WII has taken over our lives. It is really fun. Fun to watch the kids play, fun to play with the kids, and ahem......Even fun to play while the kids are away. It is absolutely addicting. In fact, what am I doing now? Sitting here watching Eric play the WII.
This weekend Tim, myself and Jason attended the Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah of Brendon Myers and Rebecca Myers. It was an experience that I will carry with me for a very long time. I give those kids kuddos. That seems to be very hard to do. Memorizing everything, and in Hebrew. I don't know that I could do that and I am 40 years old. The reception following was phenomenal as well. Hats off to Natalie for having one kick &(**($(*$ party!
Today I am off. Kim's mom had to have surgery and could not watch Eric. We are having fun though. I really miss my guy and the time that I had off with him, before the life of a real job came into play. It is a hard choice though. I love my job, and when I think about it, I really don't know how we would financially survive had I not gotten a better paying job. In fact, I know for a fact that we would not have fared well during Christmas. Oh well....
I am going to work on getting updated pictures and maybe even a video of the kids playing the WII.
Until then...................k
